Alpina Chalet Grill and Bar

A nice restaurant in a really great location. The waiters were polite and the service was quick. My spouse said it was the best pizza in Italy. Our child loved their French fries — big plus that the fries came with a free cup of ketchup and mayonnaise. The restrooms were also very clean.

What an incredible meal! We arrived in the evening with no reservation and were welcomed in and seated immediately. Service from the very beginning and throughout was fantastic, and we were made aware that they are most well known for their steaks and pizzas. We opted for a Chateaubriand to share, along with some grilled veg and sweet potato fries. I work at a well known and loved steak restaurant in England, and while I have always said we serve the best steaks I may have to add an asterisk to that statement because I was so blown away by the Chateaubriand that I just had. Tender, incredibly lean, so flavorful, and the most beautiful color. I was recommended a glass of the Lagrein Perl, which is a wine local to the Dolomites and it paired beautifully with my meal. The pricing was also unbelievably fair, at €12.50 per 100g the steak was so well worth it. All in all, stumbling across this restaurant was a very happy accident, and the next time we visit the Dolomites we will make it a point to return to the Alpina Chalet!

Beautiful restaurant with astonishing view. We had a delicious dinner based on meat. Everything was served perfectly on time and with stile. Staff is very polite and have some nice humor too. I would really recommend! Special thanks to Pauli for its kindness! Will be back again for sure

When you are coming to the restaurant you are meeting the people. They are helping you they are optimistic and kind. Food is delicious. Pizza is amazing. You can create your own pizza or have a special one proposed extraordinary. You can also try traditional meals and you will be happy! I don't know how they are doing so but they are very quick with serving. You're coming and you are confronted with service at the very good level!

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Our waiter was amazing, he explained to us the whole menu and presented every option in detail. The best service I ever encountered at a restaurant. The atmosphere was really nice as well, the view from the terrace is also breathtaking. The prices weren’t high at all considering the quality of the service and the food. If we visit Alpe di Siusi again we will only eat at this restaurant for sure.

Very friendly and pleasant staff, wonderful atmosphere and views, tables with fireplaces outside are super cozy, delicious food, well worth the price. We loved it!)

Food was very favorable excellent portions. The dining room is elegant. But the best part is the service my waiter, Paulo was extremely knowledgeable with not only the menu but the wine. He offered me two tastings by the glass for each course. This gave me a better ability to pair the wine with each course. Over all experiences was amazing!!!!!!
